Job Description

  • Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with business objectives, including data generation, medical programs, and scientific communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external experts (KEEs) to support medical initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the medical affairs team, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, regional, and global stakeholders.
  • Provide medical insights, identify gaps, and support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine (Master's, PhD, PharmD, or MD).
  • At least 5 years of Medical Affairs experience in pharma or biotech.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and execution track record.
  • Oncology experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience with team management capability.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional influence.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
