Job Description

  • Define BBU power system architecture and integration strategy
  • Lead design of power modules, battery systems, and protection circuits
  • Manage HW teams through design, validation, and mass production
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with PM, FW, ME, and manufacturing
  • Resolve technical issues in efficiency, thermal, EMI, safety, and reliability
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and technical risks
  • Build team capability, knowledge sharing, and technical standards
  • Support customer needs and global technical collaboration

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years in server, data centre, or high‑power product development
  • Proven experience with BBU or battery‑based power systems
  • Strong knowledge of lithium battery integration and BMS technologies
  • Familiar with UL1973, UL9540A, and UN38.3 regulations
  • Experience leading HW engineering teams and complex projects
  • Background in AI server or data centre power systems required
  • Strong communication and cross‑regional collaboration skills
