Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs through application and product mapping, and propose solutions with strong value propositions
  • Develop and maintain key customer accounts across target applications and product lines
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to positively influence business growth
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, project management, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Background in sales roles related to automotive OEM, Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers, harness makers, automotive electronics, or electromechanical products is preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) is a plus
  • Passion for learning product knowledge and application-based solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
