This role focuses on developing and growing strategic accounts within AI networking and data center connectivity, specifically targeting leading networking OEMs and ecosystem players. The Account Director will drive new business by positioning advanced thermal solutions into high-performance networking platforms.

Job Description

  • Own and execute account strategies focused on AI networking and data center connectivity customers
  • Drive new business development with key accounts in networking infrastructure (e.g., switching, interconnect, high-speed networking platforms)
  • Build and manage relationships with global networking leaders and ecosystem partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements
  • Own account-level P&L and drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue design-in / design-win opportunities aligned with networking product roadmaps
  • Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within AI networking and connectivity applications
  • Provide market insight into AI networking trends (e.g., high-speed interconnect, Ethernet, InfiniBand ecosystems)
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to align solutions to customer needs
  • Ensure strong execution across RFQs, proposals, and program delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management within networking / data center connectivity industries
  • Proven track record managing or penetrating AI networking accounts (e.g., Cisco, NVIDIA networking / Mellanox, or similar ecosystems)
  • Strong understanding of networking architectures (switches, interconnects, high-speed connectivity)
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business with complex, global technology customers
  • Existing relationships within networking OEMs, ODMs, or EMS supporting networking platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and deal-closing capability
  • Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven "hunter" mindset with ability to open and grow new strategic accounts
  • Experience in server/CSP accounts is not required and not the focus of this role
