Job Description

Cross-Functional Orchestration & Mass Production: Partnered with matrixed teams (Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain) to leverage engineering expertise, unblocking critical technical bottlenecks to ensure the seamless, on-time launch of reliable mass-production components.

Core Hardware Innovation & IP Generation: Spearheaded the end-to-end design, development, and validation of mission-critical solutions, specifically pioneering advanced cage cooling mechanisms and next-gen connector designs while establishing new intellectual property (IP).

Data-Driven Risk Mitigation & Portfolio Consistency: Conducted rigorous feasibility studies for next-generation portfolios; preemptively identified design risks through advanced data analysis and validation to implement enhancements and drive consistency across product lines.

Product Lifecycle Management & Mentorship: Steered the product design lifecycle by providing strategic guidance and technical mentorship to engineering teams, while establishing transparent feedback loops to proactively dissolve cross-functional roadblocks.

The Successful Applicant

Full-Lifecycle Product Development: Expert in managing the entire process from Design Concept through EVT, DVT, and PVT to mass production.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of driving projects independently and collaborating with global teams in English.

Advanced Engineering Tools: Proficient in 3D CAD design using NX (preferred) and Creo/ProE.

Manufacturing & Materials Knowledge: Deep understanding of injection molding, metal stamping, and assembly processes.

Analytical & Testing Skills: Skilled in tolerance stack-up analysis and reviewing thermal/reliability testing reports.

Problem-Solving Mastery: Strong ability to analyze complex testing failure modes and implement root-cause solutions.
