Job Description

  • 負責海外子公司營運績效管理，定期追蹤各據點財務及經營表現。
  • 主導預算編製、滾動預測（Forecast）及差異分析，提供管理層決策建議。
  • 分析各海外市場營運成果、獲利能力及關鍵營運指標（KPI），推動營運改善計畫。
  • 參與海外子公司組織整合及共享服務中心（Shared Service Center）規劃與建置專案。
  • 與業務、人資、策略企劃及營運團隊合作，優化集團資源配置與組織效率。
  • 參與 ERP 系統導入、流程再造及數位轉型專案，提升跨國管理效能。
  • 協助評估新市場發展機會、投資效益及重大營運專案。
  • 支援集團資金規劃及海外據點風險管理相關工作。

The Successful Applicant

  • 財務分析、FP&A、Business Finance、Corporate Finance 或集團財務相關經驗。
  • 曾參與海外子公司管理或跨國營運管理經驗。
  • 具備預算規劃、經營分析及商業決策支援能力。
  • 能夠跨部門合作並推動專案落地執行。
  • 具備 ERP 導入、流程優化或組織轉型經驗尤佳。
  • 良好的英文溝通能力，能與海外團隊合作。
