The General Manager is responsible for leading and growing a premium skincare business, driving brand equity, commercial success, and exceptional customer experience. This role oversees all aspects of the business, including retail, distribution, marketing, operations, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury positioning and heritage.
This role leads the global sales, channel development, and go‑to‑market execution for the company's own‑brand consumer charging products across multiple international regions. It carries full commercial ownership, including revenue growth, marketplace expansion, distributor performance, and leadership of a regional sales & marketing team.
The Sales Director reports to GM and oversee all sales activities of responsible area across modern trade, traditional trade, ecommerce, and trade marketing to achieve company growth targets.
This role leads global Quality & Reliability Assurance, driving end‑to‑end quality strategy, from product design (quality upfront) to manufacturing and customer engagement. It also builds a scalable quality management system while representing the company to Tier‑1 international clients.
This role focuses on managing overseas NPI projects, acting as the key bridge between customers, engineering teams, and manufacturing. You will drive product introduction, oversee BOM control, and support quotation and cost analysis to ensure successful product launches.
Drive territory sales by aligning customer technical requirements with product capabilities, focusing on early-stage design-in opportunities. Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, building relationships while delivering innovative technical solutions across accounts.
This role is responsible for driving business expansion in Taiwan by identifying new industries, developing key customers, and building strategic partnerships. It focuses on unlocking new markets, creating scalable business models, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.
