• This role serves as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, Global Logistics, RAQA, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order processing, import/export activities, warehouse operations, and customer communication.
• The position manages daily logistics execution, SAP transactions, customer inquiries, and continuous improvement initiatives to support high-quality service delivery across the region.

Drive customer engagement excellence through strategy, innovation, and AI-driven solutions. Lead a dedicated team and collaborate cross-functionally to design impactful customer journeys and embed omni-channel capabilities across the affiliate.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical and treatment training on aesthetic medical devices to both internal teams and healthcare professionals. The position acts as a clinical expert, supporting optimal device usage, treatment outcomes, and long-term customer success.
