• This role will lead the company's IPO readiness, finance transformation, and investor relations strategy while partnering closely with the CEO, Board, and PE stakeholders on long-term business growth. This role oversees Taiwan tax compliance and reporting while supporting global tax strategies. The position requires strong technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders.
