Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Address employee relations issues and implement solutions that promote a positive work environment.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify key talent needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in Human Resources within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to analyse HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing HR challenges.
