Job Description

  • Act as the main technical expert for complex customer applications and product inquiries from global sales teams.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that clearly differentiate solutions from competitors.
  • Lead product modifications and coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, industrial engineering, and finance teams.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including enhancements, cost optimization initiatives, and product phase-outs.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and international product training programs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong technical background within industrial electrical, connectivity, automation, or related sectors.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Confident communicator with experience interacting with international stakeholders.
  • Business-fluent English skills and willingness to travel globally.
  • Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial awareness and product management responsibilities.
