Job Description

    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ASRS, sortation, and fulfilment systems
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on-site
    • Diagnose equipment faults and restore operations within target timelines
    • Work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders
    • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
    • Participate in standby/on-call rotation and support multiple sites when required



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical,Mechatronics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or automation systems
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting capability (electrical and/or mechanical)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Basic English capability (technical reading and simple communication)
  • PLC or automation system exposure is a plus (e.g., Siemens S7)
  • Willingness to work on-site, travel domestically, and support on-call duties
