Job Description

  • Develop and execute key account strategies, collaborating with distributors to drive tender bidding and optimize pricing aligned with BUD.
  • Lead product launch execution end to end, ensuring cross functional alignment and effective market access through strong listing plans.
  • Create clear value propositions and sales tools to enable field teams to deliver impactful product messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and demand planning to maximize ROI and ensure consistent product supply.
  • Conduct field engagement to gather insights and ensure strategies are practical, actionable, and aligned with sales execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in brand management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry across hospital (HP) and general practice (GP) channels.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or above in a medical-related field; an MBA or Marketing-related qualification is preferred.
  • Exhibit a proven track record in successfully leading new product launches and driving market adoption.
  • Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to optimize resources strategically and maximize return on investment.
  • Utilize strong strategic thinking with a proactive, results-driven, and ownership-oriented approach.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies with strong business acumen and execution capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrate an energetic, organized, and business-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
