Job Description

  • Lead firmware and low-level software development for advanced compute, AI, storage, and networking platforms
  • Design, develop, and optimize drivers, libraries, and system software for CPU and GPU-based systems
  • Drive hardware bring-up, platform validation, debugging, and HW/SW integration activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architecture
  • Mentor engineering teams and ensure high-quality code through reviews and technical leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in C/C++ development, embedded systems, and firmware engineering
  • Strong expertise in hardware bring-up, platform validation, and low-level system debugging
  • Practical knowledge in multiple technologies such as Linux Kernel, BMC, Secure Boot, RDMA, CXL, or related areas
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and GPU software ecosystems including CUDA or ROCm
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and technical leadership capabilities
  • Comfortable working across hardware and software boundaries in complex system environments
  • Typically brings 15+ years of industry experience and a Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related discipline
