This role is responsible for driving and improving the Quality Management System and product quality architecture for optical fibre solutions. You will lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure quality standards throughout new product introduction and production.

Job Description

* Develop and maintain quality control systems for materials and finished products
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure process quality standards
* Design and implement inspection and testing methods to ensure product precision
* Conduct data analysis and audits to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
* Apply quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Cost of Quality to improve performance

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Materials, Optics, or related field
* At least 5 years' experience in quality or process engineering in manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of FMEA, 8D, SPC, DMAIC, and Control Plans
* Experience in NPI and production transfer is advantageous
* Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
