Sr. Product Engineer - Server Component

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead product design and development projects from concept through production launch. This role partners closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet cost, timing, and performance objectives.

Job Description

  • Lead product specification development and translate customer requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Create product concepts, 3D CAD designs, drawings, and tolerance analyses while ensuring DFM and DFA principles.
  • Manage technical project activities including DFMEA, testing plans, design reviews, and engineering documentation.
  • Interface directly with customers, conduct design reviews, and provide technical presentations and project updates.
  • Support product launch activities, PPAP documentation, manufacturing readiness, and post-launch engineering improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline preferred.
  • Proven product design and project engineering experience, ideally 10+ years within manufacturing or industrial products.
  • Experience managing engineering projects and working in a customer-facing technical environment.
  • Strong CAD design capabilities and understanding of product development processes, DFMEA, DFM, and DFA methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Chinese with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, adaptable, and capable of leading technical discussions and engineering reviews.
