Job Description

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that strengthen supplier networks and support long-term business objectives.

- Lead supplier selection, performance management, and relationship development to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable supply.

- Drive strategic cost reduction programs, including new product introductions and post-launch optimization initiatives.

- Conduct market intelligence and data analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, industry trends, and potential risks.

- Collaborate with suppliers to deliver innovation, process improvements, and value-added solutions.

The Successful Applicant

- Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management, preferably within manufacturing or technology-related industries.

- Proven track record of delivering cost savings, supplier optimization, and sourcing transformation initiatives.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively and build long-term supplier partnerships.

- Experience managing global suppliers and working within complex international supply chains.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
