Job Description

  • Manage global demand and supply planning for PCBA through MPSP and MRP processes.
  • Drive production planning, fulfilment control, and on‑time delivery performance.
  • Monitor material shortages, allocation issues, and inventory health across regions.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support projects and operational execution.
  • Lead system, process, and governance improvements to enhance planning efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree‑qualified with extensive experience in supply chain planning or inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP logic, inventory structures, and material flows.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear management actions.
  • Confident communicator in English within cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
  • Experience in leadership or team coaching, with a proactive improvement mindset.
