Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support on product usage and applications.
  • Lead problem-solving activities and prepare structured 8D reports with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
  • Apply process control systems, SPC methodologies, and FMEA to monitor and enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Perform data analysis using JMP and support quality-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has at least two years of customer-facing experience, ideally within a quality or technical function.
  • Brings experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Communicates effectively in English and collaborates well with internal teams and customers.
  • Is familiar with quality systems, SPC tools, FMEA, and structured improvement methodologies.
