Job Description



Market & Portfolio Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, consumer behavior, and channel dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Conduct comprehensive market, customer, and competitor analysis to guide portfolio decisions and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define portfolio architecture, product positioning, and long-term roadmap plans.



New Product Introduction (NPI) & Commercialization

  • Lead the business planning and commercialization process for new product introductions.
  • Develop compelling business cases, portfolio rationale, pricing recommendations, and launch strategies.
  • Own end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, including positioning, value proposition development, channel strategy, and launch execution.
  • Track post-launch performance and implement corrective actions to maximize business results.



Portfolio Performance & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage product portfolio performance throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Drive initiatives to sustain portfolio growth, including line extensions, product refreshes, pricing optimization, and channel expansion programs.
  • Evaluate category gaps and identify opportunities for future portfolio enhancements.
  • Work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align business priorities.



Forecasting, Supply Planning & Operations

  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans to ensure healthy stock availability and inventory productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and supply risks.
  • Support business continuity through proactive planning and operational alignment.



Financial & Business Management

  • Own category financial performance, including revenue, margin, profitability, and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop annual business plans, revenue projections, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Analyze business results and provide regular performance updates to management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and optimize profitability.



Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a key business leader driving alignment across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
