Job Description

  • Develop and execute brand strategy, launch plans, and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive product uptake through customer engagement and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Lead post-reimbursement access acceleration and reimbursement expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.
  • Manage forecasting, budget planning, and commercial performance metrics.
  • Partner with Medical, Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  • Support lifecycle management, indication expansion, and business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 3-5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or market access experience.
  • Experience in rare disease, cardiovascular, specialty care, or PAH preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan NHI reimbursement and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Proven success in product launch, brand management, or access strategy.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
