Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Develop and execute brand strategy, annual marketing plans, and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive business growth through customer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage forecasting, budget planning, and brand performance tracking.
  • Partner with sales teams to strengthen field execution and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including launch readiness and growth initiatives.
  • Drive digital and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Ensure all activities meet compliance and ethical standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience.
  • Strong background in marketing, brand management, or commercial strategy.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into effective business actions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Oncology experience is preferred.
