Job Description

  • 主導並管理伺服器 NPI 專案，從 kick-off 到 MP 與量產後維運
  • 協調內外部利害關係人，推動討論並確保議題有效結案
  • 進行理性且具建設性的協商，兼顧成果與長期合作關係
  • 主動與功能團隊合作，快速解決專案中出現的問題
  • 預先辨識風險與潛在衝突，設定優先順序並確保客戶滿意度

The Successful Applicant

  • 具 5 年以上產品管理經驗，需有伺服器相關產品背景
  • 具同理心的領導者，擅長溝通、協作與團隊建立
  • 擁有成長型思維，能從回饋中學習並持續精進
  • 具備解決真實問題並為業務帶來成果的實績
  • 能在高度不確定性下獨立運作，並對產品全局負責
