Job Description

  • Lead overall IT operations, infrastructure, and technology planning.
  • Manage server, network, cloud, endpoint, and enterprise systems.
  • Establish cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and risk management practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service quality.
  • Lead and develop a small but highly impactful IT team.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in team leadership.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across infrastructure, server, network, cloud, and enterprise IT operations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or technology industries.
  • Familiar with cybersecurity governance, IT risk management, and business continuity.
  • Proven track record in project delivery, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
