Our client is a major global manufacturing and technology organization with large-scale operations in advanced consumer electronics, automation equipment, robotics, and AI-driven smart manufacturing. The team is heavily involved in precision automation development and next-generation factory transformation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Perform automation equipment assembly, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Support machine optimization, performance improvement, and preventive maintenance
  • Handle electrical control panel integration and equipment debugging
  • Support basic PLC troubleshooting and modification
  • Configure and tune robot, feeder, dispensing, and vision-related hardware
  • Prepare equipment documentation, SOPs, and technical training materials
  • Support domestic and overseas project deployment when required

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in non-standard automation equipment commissioning or integration
  • Familiar with PLC troubleshooting and basic modification (Mitsubishi / Omron / Inovance preferred)
  • Strong understanding of electrical control systems and industrial components
  • Experience with automation equipment, robotics, AOI, vision systems, or dispensing equipment
  • Able to read electrical diagrams and support on-site debugging
  • Willingness to travel for project support
  • English communication ability is a plus
