Job Description

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic semiconductor accounts
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand business objectives, challenges, and future plans
  • Develop account growth strategies and annual sales plans
  • Identify new project opportunities, products, and service offerings within existing accounts
  • Drive revenue, margin, and business growth targets
  • Propose value-added solutions that support both customer success and company objectives
  • Collaborate with technical, quality, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor quotations, delivery schedules, product implementation, and after-sales activities
  • Serve as the primary communication point between customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer demands
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to management
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and address customer concerns proactively
  • Organize customer engagement activities and maintain long-term partnerships



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of domestic sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Proven experience managing large strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics is preferred
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers, or related industries
  • End-user management experience is highly desirable
  • Experience handling long sales cycles and strategic customer relationships
