Job Description

As the Taiwan Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key customers in the region. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, your role will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet targets
  • Managing customer relationships, particularly within the SOC segment
  • Leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on market needs
  • Staying informed on product developments and industry trends
  • Conducting competitive analysis to refine sales strategies
  • Travelling across Taiwan for client meetings and industry events

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 7 years of sales experience in the semiconductor ICs/IPs industry
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and IP sales processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
