This MIS Manager role will lead the organization's IT function, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity governance, and a team of IT professionals supporting manufacturing operations.Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will drive system integration, collaborate with global stakeholders, and contribute to the company's digital transformation roadmap.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing company with operations across Asia, Europe, and North America. The organization is undergoing continuous digital transformation and is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business technology initiatives from its Taiwan headquarters in New Taipei City.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the overall IT function, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, and information security.
  • Supervise a team supporting ERP, MES, workflow systems, networks, and end-user services.
  • Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
  • Drive system integration initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate technology projects across international offices and manufacturing sites.
  • Support and optimize enterprise applications including ERP, MES, CRM, and workflow platforms.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in IT management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience leading IT teams and managing enterprise-level systems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent enterprise systems.
  • Exposure to MES, CRM, workflow, or supply chain-related applications.
  • Familiarity with information security frameworks and ISO 27001 environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multinational business operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Business-level English communication skills with the ability to lead meetings with overseas teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
