Job Description

  • Lead global technology integration strategy across solution platforms
  • Define scalable architectures for AV, IP‑based, and control ecosystems
  • Oversee technical support functions to ensure service excellence
  • Establish integration standards and interoperability readiness
  • Partner with testing and solution teams to validate system performance
  • Develop technical training and enablement for partners and customers
  • Act as a senior technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and mentor high‑performing, cross‑functional technical teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 10+ years in technical leadership, system integration, or platform roles
  • Strong understanding of complex system architectures and integration
  • Experience leading global or cross‑regional technical organisations
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
