Job Description

  • Drive alignment and decision-making across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to support product development activities and programme execution.
  • Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor timelines, resources, dependencies, quality, and cost to ensure project success.
  • Lead customer-driven projects while proactively identifying and mitigating programme risks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project or programme management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong English communication skills with experience in global organisations.
