Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing business with a strong presence in Taiwan. They are known for their commitment to operational excellence, quality standards, and continuous improvement across production environments.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily plant operations to optimise efficiency, productivity, and output quality
  • Plan and organise production workflows, ensuring adequate resources across manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Lead, train, and monitor manufacturing teams to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Drive process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain and quality teams to maintain compliance and product standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience managing manufacturing operations in multinational environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large production teams and driving performance.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong project management and analytical skills.
