Job Description

  • Define technical direction aligned with product roadmap
  • Lead design and development of scalable product solutions
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies
  • Manage projects from DVT exit to product delivery
  • Ensure projects meet timeline and budget targets
  • Coordinate with PM, design, QA, and other stakeholders
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Establish product quality and testing processes
  • Implement automated testing and validation frameworks
  • Ensure product reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Conduct reviews and optimise engineering outputs
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams
  • Communicate with leadership on progress and risks
  • Act as technical advocate across internal teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years in product engineering or related roles
  • Proven experience delivering complex products to market
  • Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strategic thinking with results driven mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
