Job Description

  • Provide technical leadership and support for processor-based connectivity and storage hardware solutions
  • Partner with sales, FAEs, and customer engineering teams to define requirements and secure design wins
  • Conduct system-level design reviews and support board bring-up, debugging, and production transition
  • Deliver ongoing technical support, resolving complex issues throughout the product lifecycle
  • Lead root cause analysis independently or through cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and review technical documentation, including application notes, training materials, and reference designs
  • Drive project execution by managing customer requirements and coordinating internal stakeholders
  • Travel to customer sites to support system integration, debugging, and deployment activities



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with strong system-level knowledge
  • Expertise in high-speed interface design, board-level debugging, and signal integrity
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, protocol analysers, and logic analysers
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical investigations
  • Proven ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills
  • Familiarity with data centre, storage, or networking technologies is highly desirable
  • Experience with PCIe, CXL, SAS, or similar protocols is a strong advantage
