The role acts as the key link between manufacturing sites, customers, and product teams, ensuring capacity, cost, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved globally.

Job Description

  • Lead the global Manufacturing Program Management function and govern regional teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Own manufacturing program execution from NPI, pilot builds, and ramp-up through mass production.
  • Drive global capacity planning, cost governance, and manufacturing investment decisions to optimise competitiveness.
  • Serve as the primary manufacturing contact for customers while coordinating cross-region factory operations.
  • Lead issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and performance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Possesses 15+ years of manufacturing program management, NPI, or supply chain experience within ODM/EMS environments.
  • Brings 10+ years of leadership experience managing large cross-regional manufacturing organisations.
  • Has strong exposure to AI server, HPC, data centre, or related technology manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in manufacturing operations, capacity planning, supply chain coordination, and cost structures.
  • Exhibits outstanding global leadership, strategic execution, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
