The IT infrastructure team plays a crucial role in enabling factory operations and seamless global communication.

Job Description

  • Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network infrastructure (Routing, Switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Implement and optimize enterprise routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
  • Collaborate with global IT teams on SD-WAN and NAC rollout projects.
  • Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds or Wireshark.
  • Conduct RCA and maintain clear network documentation.
  • Provide on-call support and coordinate with security and plant IT teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise network operations.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Cisco or similar network devices.
  • Familiar with OSPF / BGP and network monitoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • English proficiency for global collaboration.
  • (Plus) Experience with SD-WAN, NAC, or automation (Python / PowerShell).
