From a talent perspective, this requires managing a highly diverse, cross-border workforce, where cultivating an inclusive multinational culture is essential to driving digital innovation and brand momentum across the zone.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:* Planning & Management* Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and that HR Standards/Procedures are fully understood and implemented* Manage manpower planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments* Manage the entire recruitment cycle and proactively extend the candidates source and build up the talent pool* Advise business on workforce management, people development, and any HR related topics to maintain a stable and high performance retail workforce* Support the implementation of the Group PM process, ensuring the system is set up correctly and employees understand the objective and purpose, their roles and how managers can conduct an effective review* Ensure the compensation and benefit programs are cost effective, relevant and equitable through TCM surveys and internal equity reviews.* Customize salary & incentive plans in line with Group policies and local market needs.* Support HRD talent forecasting to ensure thorough understanding of business talent needsFinancial* Work closely with HR Director to develop and manage HR budget, and forecastSystem & Process* Ensure efficient HR operation including data accuracy and timely and accurate reporting to Finance & management.* Ensure adherence of HR practices to company policies and statutory requirements* Provide an efficient, effective & professional HR administration by managing the effective use of the HR system.* Ensure the HR tools are applied in consistent to global standards* Formulate and implement HR policies, procedures and standards in the areas of staff administration, discipline, employee relationship, remuneration and social benefits* Conduct a continuing study of all HR policies, programs and practices to keep the company abreats of current practice, and informed of new developmentOthers* Any adhoc duties as assigned by superiorThe Successful ApplicantKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Retail business partner* Budget planning* Can do attitude, collaborative and strong communicator* Fluent in both English & ChineseRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:* 7+ years of working experience Human Resources function in multinational company* University degreeWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from TWD 1,300,000 to TWD 1,600,000 annually.Additional variable bonus of 10% of annual salary.Opportunity to work in a large organization within the retail industry.Supportive work environment with a focus on professional growth.This is an exciting opportunity for a Manager Human Resources (Retail) to make a significant impact in the retail industry.
