Job Description

  • Lead the AR and Collections team to deliver cash collection targets and manage day-to-day performance.
  • Develop collection strategies, monitor overdue balances and reduce bad debt exposure.
  • Oversee ageing reports, bad debt provisions and write-offs.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Improve collection processes and support automation initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate combines hands-on AR and collections expertise with proven people management experience. They can interpret ageing trends, address difficult payment issues with commercial partners, and improve processes while maintaining sound controls.
