Job Description

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional mechanical engineering organization, including ME (AP/Switch/Server), Industrial Design (ID), Thermal, and FAE teams
  • Drive engineering strategy, execution, and resource allocation across multiple product lines within networking and server domains
  • Enhance product design quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, manufacturing, program management, and global customers) to ensure alignment on product development and delivery
  • Provide technical leadership in new product development (NPI), from concept to mass production
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with international quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Develop and mentor engineering leaders (team leads/managers) to strengthen organizational capability

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong leadership experience managing mid-to-large scale engineering teams (20+ members preferred)
  • Solid background in mechanical engineering within networking (router/switch) or server-related industries
  • Experience in ODM/OEM or system-level B2B product development environments
  • Proven track record in driving NPI, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiar with mechanical design, thermal solutions, and product industrialization processes
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field (top-tier universities preferred)
