Job Description

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and deepen customer engagement.
  • Define target segments and establish clear, measurable objectives for all marketing activities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, content, paid media, social platforms, and events.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize tactics to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Partner effectively with external agencies and internal teams-including Sales (online/offline), SCM, Finance, and HQ-to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to achieve the greatest business impact.
  • Analyze KPIs and campaign outcomes to deliver actionable insights and guide future strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years marketing management experience in MNC FMCG companies
  • Familiar with integrated marketing including digital marketing, trade marketing, product management, etc
  • Handled mass market product portfolio and familiar with PCS channels is a big plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination capabilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, adaptable, and creative mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
