Job Description



Business & Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the company's long-term business strategy and annual operating plans.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion throughout Taiwan and key Asian markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends.
  • Expand customer relationships and develop new market segments to support long-term growth.
  • Develop product portfolio strategies aligned with market demand and manufacturing capabilities.



Financial & Operational Management

  • Lead all aspects of business operations and ensure achievement of commercial and financial objectives.
  • Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and investment priorities.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure effective use of organizational resources while supporting long-term business sustainability.



Governance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Maintain effective risk management, internal control, and business continuity frameworks.
  • Provide transparent business reporting and recommendations to regional and global leadership.



Leadership & Organization Development

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability.
  • Enhance employee engagement and support transformational change initiatives.



Stakeholder Management

  • Establish trusted relationships with customers, business partners, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Act as the senior representative of the organization in the local market.
  • Protect and strengthen the company's reputation while advancing strategic business interests.

The Successful Applicant



Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Combination of business leadership and technical or engineering knowledge is highly desirable.



Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in General Management, Country Management, Managing Director, Business Unit Head roles.
  • Proven success within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engineering, or technology-related industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading business growth, commercial expansion, and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Experience operating in international and multicultural business environments.
  • Exposure to automotive components, metal processing, forging, or advanced manufacturing sectors is advantageous.



Leadership Capabilities

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into measurable results.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
  • Proven capability to lead, coach, and develop senior management teams.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.



Language Skills

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Additional European language capability would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with international headquarters or global leadership teams is preferred.
