Job Description

  • Lead manufacturing automation projects from design to implementation and commissioning
  • Own and optimize PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems
  • Drive smart manufacturing initiatives, including IoT applications and manufacturing digitalization projects
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and global teams to improve operational efficiency and equipment performance
  • Support facility expansion and capacity growth through automation system integration
  • Manage automation system documentation, validation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle improvements
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement sustainable improvement solutions
  • Participate in system integration across manufacturing platforms and operational technologies

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines
  • 10-15+ years of experience in manufacturing automation, process control, or industrial engineering environments
  • Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
  • Exposure to IoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, or Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting facility expansion, greenfield, or brownfield projects is highly preferred
  • Injection molding, blow molding, plastics processing, or related manufacturing experience will be a strong advantage
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Comfortable working with global teams in English
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work effectively in cross-functional environments
