You will collaborate with engineering, production, and external vendors to implement advanced control solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for process control systems to enhance manufacturing performance and stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced control and automation solutions
  • Drive system upgrades and optimization projects to improve yield, quality, and equipment uptime
  • Troubleshoot complex automation and process control issues, conducting root cause analysis
  • Support capital projects by working with vendors and internal teams on system design and implementation
  • Develop and execute test plans, and support commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards by maintaining SIF/SIL requirements for control systems

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor, panel, or advanced manufacturing industries
  • Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
  • Strong experience with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in control systems, automation, or process optimization
  • Experience in SCADA, MES, or APC systems is a strong advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability in complex industrial environments
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel when required
