This role is responsible for managing and growing key enterprise hardware accounts while driving new design-in opportunities with leading server OEMs and ODMs. The Key Account Manager will develop long-term customer strategies, strengthen executive-level relationships, and execute commercial initiatives to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Job Description

Key Account Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic account plans aligned with global business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new design-in opportunities across major enterprise hardware customers.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth while maintaining target margins and long-term account development.



Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships with key decision makers across engineering, procurement, and executive management.
  • Act as the primary commercial interface between the customer and internal teams.
  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders to understand product roadmaps and identify new opportunities.



Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and monitor program progress through CRM tools.
  • Coordinate internal resources including engineering, product management, and operations to support customer programs.
  • Monitor bookings, shipments, pricing agreements, and overall account performance.



Market Intelligence & Commercial Insights

  • Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and application opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to forecasting and long-term sales planning across assigned accounts.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of sales or account management experience within enterprise hardware, server, or electronics manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of OEM/ODM business models within the enterprise computing industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and manage complex commercial discussions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Program or project management experience is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
