Job Description

  • Lead daily order-to-cash operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing of orders, samples, and RMAs
  • Own governance across order validation, booking, billing, and fulfilment in line with compliance and audit requirements
  • Act as escalation point for complex order, contract, and customer issues across regions
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to optimise quote-to-cash workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI management, process standardisation, and system enhancements

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in sales operations or order management, including people leadership
  • Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or CPQ
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a global organisation
  • Analytical, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
