Job Description



  • Independently or as a team leader, take responsibility for electronic circuit design, validation, and debugging of Generic Servers and AI Servers, ensuring products meet specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.


  • Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies, next-generation chipsets, or innovative design concepts to deliver solutions that meet or exceed market requirements.


  • Review and approve design and validation documentation (including schematics, layouts, validation reports, issue analysis, and product specifications) to ensure design correctness and manufacturability.


  • Lead product debugging, root cause analysis, and technical decision-making, balancing quality and cost while ensuring efficient design execution.


  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.


  • Lead cross-organizational technical discussions and customer meetings, including design reviews, issue clarification, and technical presentations.


  • Mentor and guide team members in technical analysis and design decision-making, supporting the development of team technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Power Electronics, with 5+ years of experience in server or high-end electronic hardware design.


  • Proven experience in team leadership, acting as a technical interface for customers, and managing cross-functional projects.


  • Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to conduct technical discussions with international customers or suppliers.


  • Familiarity with Generic Server and AI Server system architectures (X86 / GPU-based systems) is highly preferred.
