  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs effectively.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Drive organisational development and change management strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to ensure efficiency and alignment with goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Director should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the technology and telecoms industry is advantageous.
