This role will lead user growth strategy for a large-scale consumer app ecosystem, driving acquisition, retention, engagement, and platform expansion toward a ten-million MAU vision. The successful candidate will build and lead the growth organization, leverage first-party consumer data, and partner across product, data, and commercial teams to accelerate business growth.

Job Description

  • Define growth vision, establish north-star metrics, and drive MAU growth through measurable targets and performance management.
  • Lead user acquisition strategies across organic growth, referral programs, ecosystem traffic sharing, and performance marketing channels.
  • Improve retention and engagement through product enhancements, personalization, lifecycle management, and innovative consumer experiences.
  • Develop local commerce and ecosystem initiatives that connect users, merchants, and payment experiences.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team using data analytics, experimentation frameworks, and AI-powered decision making.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in user growth, digital products, or app operations, with accountability for key growth metrics.
  • Proven success scaling apps with millions of users across acquisition, engagement, retention, or referral growth initiatives.
  • Prior leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members and building high-performance organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into business actions and growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, experimentation, or product development.
