Job Description

  • Develop and execute overall sales strategy across retail and project channels
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
  • Set and monitor KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Build relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and decision makers
  • Promote early-stage product specification and manage project pipeline
  • Lead and optimize retail sales via distributors and channel partners
  • Strengthen channel relationships and customer engagement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team (under 10 people)
  • Build a performance-driven and collaborative team culture
  • Partner closely with General Manager and leadership team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional, marketing, and operations teams
  • Represent the brand in external engagements and industry events



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Background in building materials, sanitary ware, interior products, construction-related sectors
  • Proven track record leading both project sales and channel/retail sales teams
  • Strong network with developers and key stakeholders in Taiwan
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation capability
  • Ability to work in a matrix and regional environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong overall business perspective
