Job Description

  • Own and deliver annual revenue targets for the Taiwan market, including pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and quarterly planning
  • Build and manage a structured sales cadence with clear reporting dashboards and performance visibility for leadership
  • Manage and grow pipeline opportunities, including reactivating dormant or lost deals
  • Develop and manage relationships with SI partners and channel ecosystems, including co-selling strategies and commercial frameworks
  • Expand channel coverage across financial services and public sector industries
  • Lead strategic enterprise deals, including major financial institutions and government accounts
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders (C-level, IT leadership, government decision-makers) to drive deal progression
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including POC execution, proposal development, and deal closing
  • Design and standardize sales tools and processes, including contracts, pricing models, ROI frameworks, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams to remove deal blockers
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team (AE and SDR), including hiring, coaching, and retention
  • Establish a strong sales culture focused on discipline, accountability, and customer success



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in software, hardware, or solution-based selling
  • Minimum 3 years of team leadership or cross-functional project leadership experience
  • Strong industry exposure in at least one of the following:
    • Financial services (banking, insurance, securities) enterprise sales
    • Government/public sector procurement and tenders
    • Enterprise IT infrastructure solutions (e.g., Dell, HPE, Cisco, Oracle, VMware)
    • Enterprise AI, SaaS, or software product sales
  • Proven track record in pipeline management with the ability to manage 20+ concurrent deals and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Hands-on experience managing channel partners and system integrators, including commercial structuring and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling environments is highly preferred
  • Understanding of AI, LLM, or on-premise computing is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
