Job Description

  • Define and execute the Taiwan IT and digital transformation strategy
  • Lead modernization of enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments
  • Drive data, analytics, and AI initiatives across the organization
  • Ensure cybersecurity, business continuity, and operational excellence
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to align technology investments with business goals
  • Develop and lead a high-performing IT organization

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
  • Proven track record in digital transformation and technology modernization
  • Strong understanding of cloud, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity
  • Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
  • Ability to lead teams through change and transformation
  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
